1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business define the terms and conditions for the use of the online ticket sales platform available at https://tickets.hdjesenice.si/platforma/ (hereinafter: the “platform”).
The operator of the platform is:

(hereinafter: the “provider”).
By using the platform and completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read and agree to:
these General Terms and Conditions of Business,
the Privacy Policy,
the Cookie Policy.
Before submitting an order, the user must tick the checkbox:
“I agree to the General Terms and Conditions of Business, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.”
2. Subject of Business
The platform enables the online purchase of tickets for events.
The sales contract is concluded upon successful completion of the payment.
3. Purchase Procedure
The purchase process consists of:
selecting an event,
selecting tickets,
entering the buyer’s details,
reviewing the order,
clicking the “Complete Purchase” button,
making the payment,
receiving the electronic ticket.
The user is obliged to check the accuracy of all information before completing the purchase.
4. Collection of Season Tickets
The season ticket may be collected within the deadlines and in the manner determined by the provider. Upon collection, the holder or eligible person must provide appropriate proof of eligibility for the selected season ticket category and an identity document where required.
Eligibility for individual season ticket categories for the current season shall be verified as follows:
Holders of season tickets from the previous season: presentation of the physical or digital season ticket from the previous season or verification in the club’s archival database of holders based on the holder’s first and last name.
Parents of HD Mladi: verification based on the official list of parents/children prepared by the management of the HD Mladi youth programme.
Trade unions: verification based on the consolidated list of eligible persons previously provided to the provider by the management of the respective trade union.
Pensioners: presentation of a ZPIZ pensioner card or an identity document as proof of age or status.
Students and pupils: presentation of a valid student or pupil ID card or a certificate of enrolment/attendance for the current school year, together with an identity document.
Supporters’ group (Ultras): verification based on the official list of members provided by the leader of the supporters’ group.
Associations: verification based on the approved consolidated list of members previously provided to the provider by the representative or secretary of the respective association.
Best Friends (3+1) season ticket: no additional proof of status is required, as this is a commercial group package available to all buyers who purchase four season tickets together. Upon collection, the purchaser must present the online order confirmation or order code from the platform, together with an identity document, and collect all four season tickets at the same time.
If the season ticket holder fails to collect the season ticket within the deadline determined by the provider or fails to provide the required documentation, the provider reserves the right to temporarily disable the use of or entry with the relevant season ticket until further notice.
If the eligible person is unable to prove their eligibility for the selected season ticket category upon collection, the provider reserves the right not to issue the season ticket or to temporarily block it until the eligibility status has been clarified.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment may be made using the payment methods displayed at the end of the purchase process.
6. Electronic Tickets
Tickets are delivered to the buyer’s email address.
Each ticket contains a unique identification and is valid for one-time entry only.
Copying or resale of tickets is not permitted.
7. Refunds and Withdrawal from the Contract
After the purchase has been completed, a refund is not possible.
In accordance with Article 135 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a contract for services related to leisure activities where a specific date of performance is specified.
Tickets cannot be:
returned,
exchanged,
refunded.
In the event of cancellation of an event, the organiser may, at its discretion, offer:
a refund,
a replacement date,
credit,
ticket exchange.
8. Changes to the Event
The organiser reserves the right to:
change the date,
change the location,
change the programme,
cancel the event.
The provider shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by visitors.
9. Limitation of Liability
The provider shall not be liable for:
interruption of the internet connection,
technical problems on the user’s side,
failure of electronic mail services,
lost or stolen tickets,
errors by third-party payment service providers.
10. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of the platform is protected by copyright, which is owned by WPM d.o.o.
12. Complaints and Disputes
Users may submit complaints to the postal address specified in Article 1 of these Terms and Conditions.
The provider shall endeavour to resolve disputes amicably.
The law of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply to all disputes.
The competent court in Slovenia shall have jurisdiction.
13. Validity of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall apply as of 13 August 2026.
